Speak: Wasting your energy on what will happen in the future is just that: a waste. Fuel your dreams and your future with hope. Set face that you will treat your life as a gift and knowing that this is a place that is always giving if we extend our hands. It's impossible to receive a gift if your hands are clenched holding onto the past or for fear of the future. When they're wide open, there's room to accept. Just trust.
Laugh: And sometimes we take a tumble.
