Head Space Newsletter: October 19, 2016
I want to make sure to post each week when the newsletter for Head Space goes out. Here's a letter about the newsletter: Intro To Head Space Newsletter
You can check out today's newsletter, Look Up, right here. Here is the actual newsletter content from today:
Look Up
Every day we should hear at least one little song, read one good poem, see one exquisite picture, and if possible, speak a few sensible words."
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Hear: Yellow by Coldplay
Read: There is another sky by Emily Dickinson
There is another sky,
Ever serene and fair,
and there is another sunshine,
though it be darkness there;
never mind faded forests, Austin,
never mind silent fields -
here is a little forest,
whose leaf is ever green;
here is a brighter garden,
where not a frost has been;
in it's unfading flowers
I hear the bright bee hum:
Prithee, my brother,
into my garden come!

Speak: You guys, whenever you feel overwhelmed, just look up. It doesn't take much to ground you again if you take in the vastness of the sky. Look up and look in. Let your very own intuition create your masterpiece. You're the one who has to live with it; you might as well be the one to like it.
Laugh: Maybe do a little dancing today.
