Patience
The challenge of patience hits you square between the eyes whenever you're in the middle of your hardest hard.
Patience asks us to trust. It also asks us to let go, to wait. Rather than scurrying around trying to make things happen. It whispers there is more when you do not.
Patience is the opposite of anxiety, rushing, digging, researching, asking, pleading... Patience is not whatever will be, will be. Patience is confidence; it is it will be.
Patience does not ask you to let life happen to you. It, instead, challenges us to settle in deep in what we know inside our core and to stay there no matter what circumstances look like around us, to be willing to wait for it at whatever cost.
Patience does not give up because I don't get what I want when I want it. Patience says You know better than I. There must be reason.
Patience is to be at rest. Patience is diligent. Patience perseveres.
Your gift is coming.
